Who can qualify for the Voucher Offer?
- All UK residents aged 18 or over. New Virgin Money Life Insurance customers only, but not existing Virgin Money Life Insurance customers.
- There's only one Voucher per customer.
- For joint life insurance policies, only the first named customer will receive a Voucher.
When will the Offer open and close?
- The Voucher Offer opened on 8th June 2021 and will run until 26th November 2021 ("the Qualifying Period").

How do I qualify for the Voucher Offer?

To qualify for the Voucher Offer you need to buy a Virgin Money Life Insurance policy ("Policy") during the Qualifying Period, directly via the Virgin Money website: https://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/life-insurance/
You need to pay a monthly premium of at least £5.00.
You need to keep your Policy for at least six months and pay all six premiums on time.

The value of the Voucher depends on your monthly premium:

£20.00-£29.99	£75
£30.00+	£100

You won't qualify for the Voucher if you bought your Policy after getting a quote from a price comparison website or a cashback website. You need to buy it directly via the Virgin Money website: https://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/life-insurance/.
The Voucher Offer can't be used with any other offer.
You'll need to provide a valid email address during the application to successfully redeem the Voucher.
You cannot enter on behalf of anyone else.

How and when will I receive the Voucher Offer?
- You'll receive an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com within a month of paying your sixth monthly premium with instructions on how to select and claim your Voucher.
- You'll have 90 days from the date of the email to claim your Voucher.
- There will be a selection of e-gift cards available to choose from including Amazon.co.uk, Love2Shop, Tesco, Pre-paid Mastercard and Marks and Spencer; Each e-gift card will be subject to their own terms and conditions.
- You should treat the Voucher like cash and keep it safe and secure. We won't replace it if it's lost or stolen. It is non-transferable and you can't have cash instead.
What else do you need to know?
- Standard Virgin Money Life Insurance Policy terms and conditions apply.
- English Law applies to this Voucher Offer.
- Your personal information will be used to administer the Voucher Offer.
- If something goes wrong, we'll try to fix it. If we can't because it's something we can't reasonably control, or it's not our fault, then we may have to make changes to this Voucher Offer. This includes suspending or ending it early. We can make such changes without giving you notice. However, we'll try our best to avoid making changes. And we'll try to minimise any disappointment to you when we make changes

We offer two types of Life Insurance

As the name suggests, Level Term cover provides a level amount of protection over the term of the policy. If you selected £100,000 of protection at the start of the policy for 25 years, you would be covered for this amount until the policy ended 25 years later.

Decreasing Term could provide you with the cover amount you need right now, then gradually decreases as the policy ages. If you select £100,000 of protection at the start of the policy for 25 years, gradually this will reduce down to £0 by the end of the policy 25 years later.

You can also choose to add Critical Illness Cover to your Life Insurance. If you choose to add Critical Illness to your policy the sum assured is a fixed amount which won't decrease over time. We only cover the critical illnesses we define in our policy.
